Alexander N. Blake is an associate of Schneider Buchel LLP. His practice areas include all aspects of Cooperative, Condominium and Homeowners Association Law. His main focus within the firm includes contract analysis and drafting, Community Association Governing documents issues (i.e. – review and drafting By-Laws and Declaration and House Rules provisions, etc.); shareholder and unit owner defaults and landlord-tenant issues.

In addition, Alexander brings substantial litigation experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Alexander served as in-house counsel and lead litigator for a New York City-based hospitality group, defending a variety of commercial and real estate claims that arose as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic in New York Supreme Court. In addition to providing regulatory analysis and transactional services as in-house counsel, Alexander successfully defended multiple landlord-tenant actions against his clients in New York State Civil and Supreme Court. Alexander also served as a litigation associate for a law firm which defended primarily negligence and products liability actions.
