About Amy

Amy Zamir is an experienced litigator whose practice areas include real estate, landlord/tenant, and commercial litigation with an emphasis on cooperatives and condominiums. She handles a wide array of matters including disputes between neighbors, non-payment of maintenance and common charge matters (including lien foreclosure actions), breach of contract matters, and other real estate litigation issues. She routinely provides general counsel to the boards and managing agents of numerous cooperatives and condominiums.

Amy began her legal career as an associate at a prestigious Long Island law firm, where she managed a diverse range of commercial litigation cases. Before joining our firm, she accumulated over 25 years of experience at prominent New York City firms, specializing in commercial litigation.
