About Mitchell
Mitchell J. Flachner is an experienced litigator whose practice areas include real estate, landlord/tenant, and commercial litigation with an emphasis on cooperatives and condominiums. He handles a wide array of matters including disputes between neighbors, non-payment of maintenance and common charge matters (including lien foreclosure actions), breach of contract matters, and other real estate litigation issues.
He routinely provides general counseling to the boards and managing agents of numerous cooperatives and condominiums.
Experience
Mr. Flachner began his legal career as Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted a variety of criminal cases. Prior to joining our firm, he spent more than 18 years at prominent NYC firms where he focused his practice on litigation of community association issues and representation of community associations.
