About Pete
Pete Weintraub is an associate of Schneider Buchel LLP. His practice areas include all aspects of Cooperative, Condominium, and Homeowners Association Law. His focus relates to foreclosures of liens for unpaid assessments and common charges at Homeowner’s Associations and Condominiums, contract analysis and drafting, Community Association Governing document issues (i.e. – review and drafting By-Laws and Declaration and House Rules provisions, etc.), shareholder and unit owner defaults, financing and lending matters, and general real estate transactions.
Experience
Before joining the firm, Pete‘s career focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigating contracts, landlord-tenant, and real property matters, in addition to estate planning.
Pete graduated from Hofstra Law in 2021. He was admitted to practice law in the Second Department of the State of New York in 2022. Prior to his career as an attorney, Pete owned and operated a mobile personal training business on Long Island.
