About Victoria
Victoria M. Waller, Esq. is an associate at Schneider Buchel LLP, specializing in all aspects of Cooperative, Condominium, and Homeowners Association Law. As the attorney overseeing the Real Estate Department for our firm, Victoria possesses extensive knowledge of Co-op closings, including the handling of trusts, estates, and LLCs. Her areas of expertise encompass all real estate transactions including but not limited to closings, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases, reasonable accommodation requests, property management, sponsor amendments, special meetings, and bylaw amendments. Victoria is dedicated to collaborating with clients to develop solutions that empower communities to thrive and grow in today’s dynamic environment. She understands the significance of prioritizing people and employs a holistic approach to effectively resolve disputes.
Before joining Schneider Buchel LLP, Mrs. Waller worked for a prominent property management company, focusing on Co-op / Property Management Real Estate transactions. She has also accumulated over 13 years of experience in the Construction and Property management field, drafting AIA contracts and negotiating service industry agreements. Mrs. Waller began her career in Corporate America, working on antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and shareholder derivatives. Victoria is a Hofstra Law School Alum Class of 2007 and a Saint John’s University Alum Class of 2004.
