About Jason

Jason Mohabir is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Group and Landlord/Tenant Group and has significant experience in Civil, Supreme Court, and Appellate Divisions. Mr. Mohabir has handled a broad range of complex commercial disputes and real estate matters, including residential leases and contracts, construction disputes, condo and cooperative management disputes, and landlord/tenant litigation. Mr. Mohabir has counseled cooperative and condominium boards on a variety of matters including general corporate governance, construction contracts, and owner disputes. Additionally, Mr. Mohabir has litigated matters before New York City’s Administrative Courts with the ECB, DOB, NYFD, and DHCR. .
