Mason Luke is an Associate of Schneider Buchel LLP. His practice areas include all aspects of Condominium, Cooperative, and Homeowners' Association Law. His main focus within the firm includes all aspects of the firm’s Corporate and Transactional matters, including, but not limited to, work relating to assisting clients to manage their community associations in a compliant manner, Community Association Governing Document issues (i.e. – review and drafting By-Laws and Declaration and House Rules provisions, etc.), resident defaults, researching legal issues, Contracts, and contract negotiation, reviewing vendor agreements.
