About Suzanne
Suzanne Player is an experienced litigator whose practice areas include real estate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowner associations. She handles a wide array of matters, including construction litigation, disputes between neighbors, breach of contract matters, and other real estate litigation issues. Suzanne routinely provides general counsel to the boards and managing agents of numerous cooperatives and condominiums. Suzanne currently serves as Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the Nassau County Bar and is a member of the Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations. She is also a Part 36 qualified Fiduciary & Referee in the NYS Unified Court System, Nassau County.
