About Marc

Marc H. Schneider is the Managing Partner of Schneider Buchel LLP where he primarily focuses his practices in the areas of Cooperative, Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Law; Real Estate and Commercial litigation.

Experience

Mr. Schneider has been involved in representing Community Associations for over two decades and is well known for his effective representation of Community Associations in all of their issues. He has also authored Offering Plans.

He is the legal advisor to the Great Neck Co-op and Condominium Council; a member of the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums; a member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives; and a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. He is an author for and frequently quoted by “The Cooperator” and the “Habitat Magazine” (publications devoted to Cooperatives, Condominiums, and Homeowners’ Association issues) as well as the real estate publication “Mann Report”. He frequently lectures on issues pertaining to Cooperatives, Condominiums and Homeowners Associations.

Marc H. Schneider has also successfully tried cases in the NYS Courts and argued matters before the NYS Appellate Division.
